भोजन व्यवस्था: Meal Policy: सनराईज छात्रावास में केवल ताजा एवं स्वास्थ्यवर्धक शाकाहारी भोजन परोसा जाता है। किसी भी खाद्य एलर्जी की जानकारी प्रवेश के समय अवश्य दें। Sunrise Hostel serves only fresh, nutritious and healthy vegetarian meals. Please inform us of any food allergy at the time of admission.

छात्रावास में अध्ययनरत सभी छात्रों एवं उनके अभिभावकों से निवेदन है कि वे नीचे दिए गए नियमों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। इस फॉर्म पर हस्ताक्षर करके छात्र एवं उनके माता-पिता/संरक्षक इन दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं, जो सभी छात्रों की सुरक्षा एवं सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए निर्धारित हैं। All students residing in the hostel and their parents/guardians are kindly requested to read the guidelines below carefully. By signing this form, they agree to abide by these rules, which are established to ensure the safety, well-being and holistic development of every student.
  1. 1 संचार एवं मुलाकात का समय: छात्र से फोन पर बात केवल आवेदन पत्र में दर्ज मोबाइल नम्बरों से ही की जा सकती है, तथा एक बार में अधिकतम 5 मिनट। मुलाकात का समय रविवार को है — शीतकाल में प्रातः 8:30 से सायं 6:00 बजे तक एवं ग्रीष्मकाल में प्रातः 8:00 से सायं 8:00 बजे तक। Communication & Visiting Hours: Phone calls to students are permitted only from mobile numbers registered in the application form, limited to 5 minutes per call. Visits are allowed on Sundays — Winter: 8:30am–6pm; Summer: 8am–8pm.
  2. 2 पंजीकृत अभिभावकों द्वारा मुलाकात: छात्र से मिलने का अधिकार केवल उन्हीं अभिभावकों को है जिनकी फोटो आवेदन पत्र में दर्ज है। मुलाकात का समय प्रातः 8:30 से सायं 5:00 बजे तक, तथा माह में केवल एक बार। यह व्यवस्था सभी छात्रों की सुरक्षा एवं नियमित दिनचर्या के लिए है। Registered Guardian Visits: Only guardians whose photographs are registered in the application may visit the student. Visiting hours: 8:30am–5pm, once per month. This arrangement ensures the safety and structured routine of all students.
  3. 3 छुट्टी पर घर जाना: अवकाश के दौरान छात्र को केवल आवेदन पत्र में फोटो दर्ज अभिभावक ही ले जा सकते हैं। छात्र को स्कूल बस या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ नहीं भेजा जा सकता। यह नियम छात्र की सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने के लिए है। Home Leave: Students may only be taken home during holidays by photo-registered guardians. Students cannot travel via school bus or with any unregistered person. This rule prioritises student safety above all else.
  4. 4 प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं: एकाग्र एवं अनुशासित शैक्षणिक वातावरण बनाए रखने के लिए विद्यालय एवं छात्रावास परिसर में मोबाइल फोन, टैबलेट, अनुचित सामग्री या कोई भी अनधिकृत वस्तु लाना वर्जित है। ऐसी वस्तु पाए जाने पर उसे जब्त किया जाएगा। Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, tablets, inappropriate material, or any unauthorised item are not permitted in school/hostel premises, in the interest of a focused and disciplined academic environment. Any such item found will be confiscated.
  5. 5 नकद एवं कीमती सामान: छात्रों की सुरक्षा के लिए छात्रावास में नकद राशि या कीमती सामान रखना उचित नहीं है। मिलने आने वाले परिजनों से भी निवेदन है कि वे छात्र को नकद राशि न दें। यदि किसी विशेष आवश्यकता के लिए राशि चाहिए, तो छात्रावास वार्डन से संपर्क करें। Cash & Valuables: For the safety of all students, keeping cash or valuables in the hostel is discouraged. Visiting family are also requested not to hand cash directly to students. For any specific financial need, please contact the hostel warden.
  6. 6 संपत्ति की देखभाल: हम सभी से अनुरोध करते हैं कि विद्यालय एवं छात्रावास की संपत्ति का सम्मानपूर्वक उपयोग करें। किसी भी प्रकार की आकस्मिक क्षति की स्थिति में उसकी भरपाई की जाएगी। संपत्ति की सुरक्षा सबकी साझी जिम्मेदारी है। Care of Property: We request all students to use school and hostel property with care and respect. In the event of accidental damage, reasonable compensation will be sought. Caring for shared property is a collective responsibility.
  7. 7 शुल्क एवं प्रवेश: छात्रावास में प्रवेश शतप्रतिशत शुल्क जमा करने के बाद ही दिया जाएगा। यदि किसी कारणवश छात्र सत्र के बीच में छात्रावास छोड़ता है, तो जमा शुल्क वापस करना संभव नहीं होगा। Fee & Admission: Hostel admission is confirmed only upon receipt of 100% fees. Should a student need to leave the hostel mid-session for any reason, the fees already deposited will not be refundable.
  8. 8 अध्ययन-समय: सभी छात्रों को निर्धारित अध्ययन-समय (Study Hours) का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। इस समय किसी भी प्रकार का शोर या व्यवधान स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। अनुशासित अध्ययन-वातावरण प्रत्येक छात्र की सफलता का आधार है। Study Hours: All students are required to observe the designated study hours. Noise or disturbance during this time is not acceptable. A disciplined study environment is the foundation of every student's success.
  9. 9 स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता: छात्रों से अपेक्षा है कि वे अपनी व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता एवं आवंटित स्थान की साफ-सफाई का पूरा ध्यान रखें। स्वस्थ आदतें — नियमित भोजन, पर्याप्त नींद एवं साफ-सुथरा परिवेश — बच्चे के सर्वांगीण विकास में सहायक हैं। Health & Hygiene: Students are expected to maintain personal cleanliness and the tidiness of their assigned space. Healthy habits — regular meals, adequate sleep and a clean environment — contribute significantly to a child's overall well-being.
  10. 10 भोजन एवं आहार: छात्रावास में प्रदान किया जाने वाला भोजन पोषण से भरपूर एवं सुनियोजित है। सभी छात्रों से निवेदन है कि वे नियमित रूप से भोजन करें तथा किसी स्वास्थ्य संबंधी विशेष आवश्यकता की जानकारी प्रवेश के समय ही दें। Meals & Diet: The hostel provides nutritious and well-planned meals. All students are encouraged to eat regularly and maintain good health. Any special dietary requirement due to health should be communicated at the time of admission.
  11. 11 स्वास्थ्य आपात स्थिति: किसी भी छात्र को स्वास्थ्य संबंधी आपात स्थिति या अन्य जरूरी परिस्थिति में, छात्रावास वार्डन तत्काल पंजीकृत अभिभावक को सूचित करेगा एवं आवश्यक सहायता उपलब्ध कराएगा। Health Emergency: In the event of any health emergency or urgent matter concerning a student, the hostel warden will immediately notify the registered guardian(s) and ensure that necessary care is provided without delay.
  12. 12 अनुशासन एवं आचरण: सभी छात्रों एवं अभिभावकों से अनुरोध है कि विद्यालय एवं छात्रावास के समस्त नियमों का सहर्ष पालन करें। यदि किसी गंभीर अनुशासनहीनता की स्थिति में, विद्यालय प्रबंधन को आवश्यक प्रशासनिक निर्णय लेना पड़े, तो उस स्थिति में जमा शुल्क वापस करना संभव नहीं होगा। हम सभी से सहयोग की अपेक्षा रखते हैं। Discipline & Conduct: All students and parents are warmly requested to cooperate with the school and hostel guidelines. In cases of serious indiscipline where the management is compelled to take administrative action, fees already deposited will not be refundable. We believe in resolving all concerns through open dialogue and mutual respect.
