   शैक्षणिक दर्शन एवं विद्यालय की कार्यप्रणाली
   यह संस्थान वर्षों की समर्पित सेवा पर आधारित अपनी सुस्थापित शिक्षण-पद्धति एवं मूल्यों के अनुरूप संचालित होता है। हम अभिभावकों से हार्दिक निवेदन करते हैं कि वे विद्यालय की प्रक्रियाओं पर विश्वास रखें और सहयोगात्मक भावना से जुड़ें — यही प्रत्येक बच्चे की सफलता का आधार है।
2. Discipline — A Shared Commitment
   A healthy and positive learning environment is a shared responsibility of the Academy, students and families alike. The Academy views discipline not as a punitive measure, but as the very foundation of every child's holistic growth. Should any conduct concern arise, it will be addressed through empathetic and constructive steps, in open communication with parents and guardians.
   अनुशासन — एक साझी प्रतिबद्धता
   एक स्वस्थ एवं सकारात्मक शिक्षण-वातावरण बनाए रखना विद्यालय, विद्यार्थियों एवं परिवारों की साझी जिम्मेदारी है। विद्यालय अनुशासन को दण्ड के रूप में नहीं, बल्कि प्रत्येक बच्चे के सर्वांगीण विकास की नींव के रूप में देखता है। किसी भी आचरण संबंधी चिंता की स्थिति में विद्यालय, अभिभावकों के साथ संवाद करते हुए, सहानुभूतिपूर्ण एवं रचनात्मक सुधारात्मक कदम उठाएगा।
3. Student Code of Conduct
   Students are expected to observe the following guidelines within Academy premises:

   • Arrive in complete, proper uniform punctually each day.
   • Maintain attentiveness and decorum in class and during morning assembly.
   • Interact with the Principal, teachers and all staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
   • Observe proper conduct in school transport and be considerate towards fellow students.
   • Maintain neat, tidy appearance befitting the Academy's dignity.
   • Seek the teacher's permission before leaving the classroom.
   • Mobile phones and personal electronic devices should not be brought to school premises.
   • Follow the guidance and instructions of teachers and school administration respectfully.
   • Treat school property and premises with care; any damage caused is expected to be made good.
   • Treat all fellow students, staff and visitors with dignity, kindness and civility.
   विद्यार्थी आचार-संहिता
   विद्यार्थियों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे विद्यालय परिसर में निम्नलिखित आचार-संहिता का पालन करें:

   • निर्धारित गणवेश में प्रतिदिन समय पर विद्यालय आएं।
   • कक्षा एवं प्रार्थना सभा में एकाग्रता एवं अनुशासन बनाए रखें।
   • प्रधानाचार्य, शिक्षकों व समस्त कर्मचारियों के साथ सदैव विनम्रता एवं आदर से व्यवहार करें।
   • विद्यालय वाहन में शिष्टाचार बनाए रखें एवं सहयात्री छात्रों के प्रति सौजन्य रखें।
   • स्वच्छ एवं सुव्यवस्थित वेशभूषा अपनाएं जो विद्यालय की गरिमा के अनुरूप हो।
   • कक्षा से बाहर जाने से पूर्व शिक्षक से अनुमति अवश्य लें।
   • मोबाइल फोन व व्यक्तिगत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण विद्यालय परिसर में न लाएं।
   • शिक्षकों व विद्यालय प्रशासन के दिशा-निर्देशों का सम्मानपूर्वक पालन करें।
   • विद्यालय संपत्ति एवं परिसर की देखभाल करें; किसी भी क्षति की भरपाई अपेक्षित होगी।
   • समस्त विद्यार्थियों, कर्मचारियों एवं आगंतुकों के साथ आदर, स्नेह एवं शालीनता से पेश आएं।

   हमारी आपके प्रति प्रतिबद्धता
   यह संस्थान प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को उत्कृष्ट शिक्षा, सर्वांगीण विकास एवं नैतिक मूल्यों से समृद्ध वातावरण प्रदान करने के लिए समर्पित है। हम दृढ़ता से मानते हैं कि विद्यालय एवं परिवार के बीच विश्वास और सहयोग ही बच्चे की सफलता की सबसे मजबूत नींव है। आपकी सक्रिय भागीदारी सदैव हार्दिक स्वागत-योग्य है।
5. Corrective Action Process
   Should any behavioural concern arise, the Academy will first reach out to the parents/guardians to work collaboratively towards a resolution. If the situation does not improve despite counselling and support, the Academy may take appropriate administrative action as warranted by its policies. In such circumstances, fees already paid shall not be refundable.
   सुधारात्मक प्रक्रिया
   यदि किसी विद्यार्थी के आचरण संबंधी कोई चिंता उत्पन्न होती है तो विद्यालय सर्वप्रथम माता-पिता/संरक्षक से संपर्क कर मिलकर समाधान खोजने का प्रयास करेगा। परामर्श एवं सहयोग के पश्चात् भी यदि स्थिति में सुधार न हो, तो विद्यालय अपनी नीतियों के अंतर्गत समुचित प्रशासनिक निर्णय लेने के लिए स्वतंत्र रहेगा। ऐसी परिस्थिति में जमा की गई फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
6. Fee Payment Schedule
   To ensure smooth academic continuity, parents/guardians are requested to select a convenient fee payment schedule at the time of admission and adhere to it regularly. A late payment charge of ₹5/day (school & transport) and ₹10/day (hostel) will apply after the due date.
   शुल्क-भुगतान अनुसूची
   सुचारु शैक्षणिक संचालन के लिए अभिभावकों से निवेदन है कि वे प्रवेश के समय अपनी सुविधानुसार शुल्क-भुगतान अनुसूची का चयन करें और उसका नियमित पालन करें। निर्धारित तिथि के पश्चात् भुगतान पर विद्यालय व वाहन शुल्क पर ₹5/दिन तथा छात्रावास शुल्क पर ₹10/दिन की दर से विलंब शुल्क लागू होगा।
7. Hostel Premises
   To ensure the safety and privacy of all hostel residents, access to the hostel premises is reserved exclusively for enrolled hostel students. Day-scholars are kindly requested to respect this arrangement.
   छात्रावास परिसर
   समस्त छात्रावास निवासियों की सुरक्षा एवं गोपनीयता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए छात्रावास परिसर में प्रवेश केवल नामांकित छात्रावास-छात्रों के लिए ही निर्धारित है। दिवा-छात्रों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस व्यवस्था का सम्मान करें।
8. Technology & Digital Conduct
   The Academy warmly encourages digital literacy and the responsible use of technology as a powerful learning tool. At the same time, we seek parents' and guardians' support in helping students develop healthy digital habits at home — including mindful screen time, respectful online behaviour and a love of reading alongside digital engagement.
   प्रौद्योगिकी एवं डिजिटल आचार
   यह संस्थान डिजिटल साक्षरता एवं प्रौद्योगिकी के जिम्मेदारीपूर्ण उपयोग को एक शक्तिशाली सीखने के साधन के रूप में प्रोत्साहित करता है। साथ ही हम अभिभावकों से निवेदन करते हैं कि वे घर पर बच्चों में स्वस्थ डिजिटल आदतें विकसित करने में सहयोग करें — जिसमें संयमित स्क्रीन-समय, सभ्य ऑनलाइन व्यवहार एवं डिजिटल के साथ-साथ पठन-पाठन के प्रति रुचि शामिल है।
9. Parent & Guardian Engagement
   We firmly believe that a child's best outcomes are achieved when school and home work in close harmony. The Academy warmly welcomes parents and guardians to attend Parent–Teacher Meetings, engage with progress reports and participate in school events. Your encouragement, presence and positive attitude towards learning make an immeasurable difference in your child's confidence and growth.

   हम दृढ़ता से मानते हैं कि जब विद्यालय और घर मिलकर काम करते हैं, तभी बच्चा अपने सर्वश्रेष्ठ परिणाम प्राप्त करता है। यह संस्थान अभिभावकों एवं संरक्षकों का अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठकों, प्रगति-पत्र और विद्यालय आयोजनों में हार्दिक स्वागत करता है। आपका प्रोत्साहन, उपस्थिति एवं शिक्षा के प्रति सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण आपके बच्चे के आत्मविश्वास एवं विकास में अमूल्य योगदान देता है।
10. General Conduct & Institutional Discretion
    We believe that a thriving educational community is built on mutual respect and shared responsibility. Beyond the points listed above, should any conduct be found inconsistent with the Academy's values and ethos, the Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action in the best interest of the institution and its student community.
    सामान्य आचरण एवं संस्थागत विवेक
    हम मानते हैं कि एक सकारात्मक शिक्षण-समुदाय परस्पर सम्मान एवं साझी जिम्मेदारी पर पनपता है। उपरोक्त बिंदुओं के अतिरिक्त भी, यदि कोई आचरण संस्था की भावना एवं मूल्यों के अनुकूल न पाया जाए, तो विद्यालय संस्था और समुदाय के सर्वोत्तम हित में समुचित कदम उठाने के लिए स्वतंत्र रहेगा।
